I woke up and ate my customary bowl of oatmeal and my second meal was a bowl of my egg salad. With this bar, I am at 620 calories for the day. To everyone who was mad at me for 1000 cals on tues, I’ve been between 12-1600 every other day this week!

Chicken, TONS of veggies, and then my super secret ingredient…. Orange chicken sauce from panda express! All over rice. Yum!!

Sooper healthy- she grinds up the celery and carrots, cooks with onions and chicken, a little bit of salt and water… She even made some matzoh balls to go with! Yum!!
