Meal 3???

I started the day with an egg bagel sandwich on the way to pick up court mcgee for our photoshoot. Then after I dropped him at the airport, I headed over to the gym and ate a banana en route. Now that my workout is done! I’m enjoying a vanilla tapout nutrition protein shake!

Meals four and five yesterday…

My fourth meal was a smoothie at tropical smoothie after greg and I were done shooting guns.. It was a pineapple smoothie made with splenda for a total of 210 calories. My fifth was an almond butter and banana sandwich. Add a snack of almonds to that and my calories for the day totalled about

Meals two and three yesterday..

I hung out with UFC fighter @greg_soto and our first stop was chipotle for a chicken salad. At 440 calories, this is a great meal, especially if you split it into two meals of 220 calories each!

I’m sitting at 1050 calories for the day so far…

I have been having phone issues so haven’t been updating.. Breakfast was some egg whites (100 calories). After my workout my protein shake was 150. Then I grabbed a 250 cal panda bowl, followed by a salad at chipotle (450 calories) that lasted me 2 meals. I have one meal left in my day and

Breakfast and lunch!

I got on the road at 930am and went in search of some food. I craved a bagel so stopped in gilroy for an egg sandwich on a sesame bagel. Fast forward a few hours and I stopped in bakersfield for a chicken and string beans panda bowl! My day is looking unde 600 cxalories
