A quick snack between flights….

I have to admit that I’m glad I grabbed these at the store the other day. Roasted, unsalted almonds are a girls best friend when traveling. Quick, easy, healthy, and portable!!

I made three of them to take with me to the airport this morning. I haven’t slept yet; I stayed up all night to pack and get my photoshoot done. I made the almond butter and banana sandwiches and ran out the door. Ate a banana and a sandwich and now I’m rady to pass

On a whim, I decided to cut weight..

So I’m at the gym and just did 20 minutes in the sauna with a full sweat suit on. Now I’m on the elliptical for 45 to an hour. Why am I subjecting myself to this? I gotta whip out a quick photoshoot for my memorial day weekend creative and I wanna try and lose

Meal 3 of the day…

God my day got all off schedule and instead of hitting the gym and then protein shakin’ it, I headed to the tapout gym to shoot kevin randleman. Then instead of hitting the gym, it was almost 7pm and had to get my nails done (theywere an awful mess!). I grabbed a salad at chipotle

2nd meal today…

And this was sent to me by cole @fuelthefighter …. I love PB and banana sandwiches so she made a slight change on an old fave. Almond butter and banana sandwiches! On the wheat bread thins they have out now. The whole meal is under 300 calories and tastes soooooo yummy!!

My first attempt at Kang oats by @deniskang

Well, I messed up somewhere, and I think I put way too much protein powder in. I ended up having to make a second serving of it to compensate. Let me tell you, this stuff is so thick and filling, there’s no way I could eat 2 servings! I will post the recipe as told

@sxjohnson had this waiting for me when I landed!

I LOVE sam sam’s!!!! And when I was in LA I put in a special order for a chicken yakisoba bowl with all white meat chicken and double broccoli.. After eating bananas and bagels all day, it was nice to come home to!
