Time to eat something small..

So I’ve had 2 meals today, and snacked on a little bit of fruit. I’m heading to a fight viewing party at a friends house right now and I know there’s gonna be a bunch of stuff I shouldn’t eat. I can almost guarantee ill be bad, but to try and help myself, I’m eating

Lunch at liquid pool!!

I wanted to cheat so bad because I was so hungry and we’ve been running around but I made it to liquid and ordered the grilled chicken meal. It came with a beautiful salad and was super delish! That’s only 2 for today; I have a feeling tonight might not go so hot with fight

Breakfast on the run!!!

I’m heading out for @hotbodydays but know I gotta eat before being out in the sun all day. Another morning favorite of mine is lowfat vanilla yogurt with some Kashi Go Lean Crunch- honey almond flax mixed in! Try it, you’ll like it!
