Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, chicken, dry wheat toast and I didn’t eat the potatoes.. I had them cook it with cooking spray instead of butter..
Hawaiian eggs and rice… Breakfast was oatmeal, lunch was lean cuisine pizza.. Snack of fruit- cheated on some french fries…
And after this weekend, I know I’m officially on the subway diet. Western egg white breakfast sandwich- no cheese- no sauce… Yesterday had one too… Had 2 subways sandwiches the day before too
Its time to get back into shape by new years. I have just over 4 weeks… Started my day with a bowl of oatmeal with honey… Now 2nd meal is yogurt and kashi go lean. 200 calories for each meal…
