My fourth meal of the day…

I went downstairs to try and figure out what I could eat small. I guess I went for the tried and true. Egg whites and veggies. I can’t help it, its quick and convenient! I cooked 1/2 cup and some green bell pepper and then I’m calling it a day (with food at least). Tomorrow I’m going to try to be WAY more consistent…

  1. Way to be awesome! I’m in the weight loss process also (down 14 lbs). But tend to stray from the healthy eating, although consistent w/my workouts. Your posts keep me motivated. Thanks!

  2. Good to know you dont cut out all the carbs! I think I’m going to try the 5 little meals a day approach I’m eating 3 meals and I find myself snacking on bad stuff througout the day that messes up my final count for the day.

    Good luck with the 5 meal plan. It will keep the furnace burning. Just make sure to plan the high nutrient/ calorie meal earlier in the day. Add water intake around your 5 meals too!! Let us know if it helps you.
