Its the kick off of @hotbodydays (was hot body sundays last year but it ended up being on random days) and unlucky for me I got my girl thang so I’m bloated! So taking these water pills so I can feel ok about being in a bikini today! Lol, sorry if that’s a bit more info than you wanted to know. Ill be posting yesterdays workout shortly!

Put down the water pills. There are no quick fixes in your plan!! Just be very diligent about reading labels for salt content and never adding salt to foods. Add up your salt milligrams for a few days and stay below 2,400 and target 2,000. It will be difficult. Stay away from the processed foods. Eat fresh as much as possible. Frozen foods and canned soups and veggies should NEVER be part of your diet. Drink lots of water at least 2 quarts a day and it will help flush you out. Stay away from water pills.
