I really had a hard time getting out of bed today and I think part of it was the OD on salt yesterday. Part of it is my knee issues. I really don’t know what’s the matter but I feel like its slipping, maybe gonna blow out. My desire to work out and be in shape is getting me in the gym, but I’m very cautious.
The gym at the hotel is pretty good with lots of weights and machines. Today is back and biceps day but because I’m short on time, and there’s not a ton of choices, I limited it to 4 exercises today. (2 diff bicep curls, lat pull down, and lower back sit ups) I did them all in row with no breaks as usual.
Then I jumped on the elliptical for 20 minutes (shorter than normal cause of no time) before heading to the room to get ready for weighins…
Tracy don’t overdue legs if your knee is bothering you, drop down on weight and watch out pushing angles with it until it feels 100%. You know if you do squats don’t go down past 45 degree’s. Keep pushing hard and be strong willed!!
