Breakfast and gym!

I have an 8 hour drive ahead of me but I NEED to hit the gym before I leave so I grabbed 1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt mixed with 1/2 cup of kashi go lean crunch in a red beer cup and ran to 24 fitness to work out back and bi’s!

  1. thanks for this tip, i have been doing that for break @ work. and some times i use fruit instead.
