Photo Caption: I’ve been trying to get out to shoot almost every night since Sunday and always something came up; even when I was just in the Eastern Sierras the last couple days. So I made a huge effort to go out somewhat locally to Vegas with an image of making this arch into a Milky Way window last night. I checked the maps and knew that it was borderline possible so I headed out with my buddy @DJMikeySwift at 3am, arriving around 4am to set up.. Why so late you might ask? I figured if I got there any earlier, I would be waiting in the freezing cold for the GC to show her pretty little face.. Our timing couldn’t have been more perfect though and I figured out my composition, set up my tripod, and a single lumecube.com/160.html (use TRACYLEE for free US Shipping) bounced off a rock off to the side and started shooting… Mikey also shot the milky way this evening using his LG phone and a tripod. I can’t wait to see how his turn out because they looked good from what I saw!!
