Quick snack!

Thank god I saved these from the last flight because I am getting super hungry now!! Hope they have food I can eat- not thinking they will on this flight..

  1. @tracyleediet I find that after about 1.5 weeks of eatin smaller meals ur stomach actually shinks and you get full quick and get less hungry

  2. Pretzels are basically white flour and basically like sugar. Make sure when you travel to always pack or buy at airport saltless almonds or mixed nuts. Much better than pretzels. Good protein source and will keep you fuller longer.
