I stayed the night at my friends place last night and amazingly enough they have a pretty good workout facility. Thinking that I was on a serious time constraint, I decided to do a circuit workout of 4 exercises in a row. 15 reps each for 3 sets. I went from a series of shoulder exercises, to an incline bench press with dumb bells, to a tri cep press with dumb bells, to a shoulder press with dumb bells. I finshed all of that in under 15 minutes, still maintaining form and concentrating on working the muscles on the way up and down. Then got on the elliptical for 30 minutes where I had to work REALLY hard to get my heart rate up to 165 on level 6 instead of what I was able to achieve the last few days after my heavy leg workout…
