I started with some wok fired edamame, and some fresh baked bread. We ordered albacore and yellowtail sashimi, a tiger roll, a spicy yellowtail roll, and spcy tuna on crispy rice. I ate some of the first 5 items I listed and avoided the rest.
And, I realized that I didn’t make the gym today and although I felt guilty about it, I hit the gym the last 5 days in a row so its ok to take some time off…
