Daily Summary: 5/17/10

Being back in Vegas is aways motivating to stay on track. I made the gym Monday evening and after doing a full stretch routine, I decided to do a light leg workout. I usually go really hard on these days, but I think that is part of why I am having issues with my knee right now. I chose 6 exercises that included a lay down squat (it’s a machine, don’t know what its really called), a hamstring/glute exercise, the opposite- a thigh extension, 2 hip exercises, and a calf extension. I did 15 reps each, alternating between 2 exercises for 3 sets. I took no breaks in between. After, I got on the elliptical for 30 minutes. My whole workout done in under an hour!
