So I decided to try to cut carbs for the memorial weekends pool and bikini festivities and my photoshoot next week. Well, years ago when I tried the low carb thing for 2 weeks, not only did I not have a lot of energy as was to be expected, I also had severe heartburn. Well I went 2.5 days cutting back on my high carb intake and BAM!! No energy, and insane heartburn! I have always leaned up and gotten in shape and still ate all the carbs I wanted to, so no reason to change up the routine. I went straight to panda express and picked up the veggie chicken bowl with rice and after eating it, my stomach calmed down. LOW CARBS ISNT FOR EVERYONE!!!
