Gymtime!!

I can’t believe its been a week since I worked out last. Ok, maybe since saturday so almost a week… Geez! Chest, shoulders and tri’s today. I went a little heavier on the weights than normal because a lot of the dumbbells were missing, but I finiished all my sets- barely! Hope it doesn’t affect my shooting later.. Got 15 in the sauna as soon as I’m down with my cardio…
