I timed it perfect!!

I’ve been home exactly a week and I am on my very last breakfast before I leave. Timed it so that I am using the last bagel for my egg white, bagel and veggie sandwich today! I rock! 🙂

    Great catching up today. N.O. TapouT Pre-workout is on it’s way. Ditch the Bagel and buy a loaf of whole grain bread. Have one slice of toast with your egg whites and you can eat whole eggs they are a perfect nutritional item. Get rid of the white flour items they just convert to sugars in your bloodstream.
    It’s that Glycemic Index thing you have to watch but that’s for later on. You’re doing GREAT!!
