Its super late for a last meal..

But since I’m still out a few hours more and I wanted to take my last set of vitamins, I grabbed some albacore sashimi and a bowl of rice.. For everyone who wonders about carbs- in all my time dieting, I have never cut back on carbs and still gotten into shape. The one time I tried, I had absolutely no energy and bad heart burn. So that’s one thing I never cut back on.

On to my next free meal…

Free food is always the worst because you tend to eat more of it. Well we walked into Nove at the Palms for High Society, their daytime party and they have an insane spread set up for free!! Well, so far I’m just eating shrimp cocktail and fruit. But there’s a creme brulet filled strawberry that’s calling my name!

Here was my late lunch….

I was dying of hunger so finally broke down and grabbed this salad.. It was pretty spicy- some thai chicken salad or something… It was pretty good, but so much food that I only ate a small bit!

Breakfast this morning…

Since I’m gonna run around the pool today in a little bikini, I decided against my favorite bagel/egg sandwich. Instead opted for the yogurt and kashi go lean as well as a handful of pills- vitamins and water pills as well as a metabolizer. I took the fish oil ones last night before bed and I didn’t have one fish oil burp that I noticed. Now I don’t know if its because of something I took, or just my random sleep schedule- but I got up fully awake an entire hour before my alarm went off. Hmm….

Day’s gonna be tough on food again because of being at the pools so we’ll see if I can figure out a snack to bring with..

I knew it would happen-

That I would cheat a little.. I’m super hungry and didn’t have much choice so I’m grubbin on Liz’s home made pico de gallo and a couple chicken bites.. Not too bad… Yet!!

Time to eat something small..

So I’ve had 2 meals today, and snacked on a little bit of fruit. I’m heading to a fight viewing party at a friends house right now and I know there’s gonna be a bunch of stuff I shouldn’t eat. I can almost guarantee ill be bad, but to try and help myself, I’m eating one of these 300calorie frozen flatbreads and a handful of supplements. I forgot to take my supplements this morning!! Damn…

Lunch at liquid pool!!

I wanted to cheat so bad because I was so hungry and we’ve been running around but I made it to liquid and ordered the grilled chicken meal. It came with a beautiful salad and was super delish! That’s only 2 for today; I have a feeling tonight might not go so hot with fight viewing parties and what not…

Just got to the pool..
