Photo Caption: I know a lot of Milky Way selfies include the obligatory headlamp pointed at the Galactic Center, but for whatever reason I wasn’t feeling it the night we went to Toadstools. We had been there a while by this time and I changed my composition up and was really close to a good place to sit and be seen on the backdrop of this blanket of stars.. This wasn’t a complete selfie; since I had forgotten my remote and didn’t want to kill myself trying to scramble over during the timer, I had one of my friends start the exposure for me. To give you a little background if you hadn’t seen the other pics, we took a boat to Lake Powell a couple weeks ago. 6 of us and 2 dogs with a Friday night stop at Toadstools in Utah. This was lit from the right side with an Lux-Pro Flashlights headlamp.
