We took a trip out to a secret spot close to Vegas last may and spent from sunset into the night exploring and shooting. I had set up my very 1st timelapse that started shooting before the moon set, as the Milky Way was rising. Therefore I was able to stack for Noise reduction and then blend a foreground and sky image into this shot here.. I had very little idea at the time how well the MW was going to line up with these rocks, but as you can see, it was perfect! In fact the settings for the foreground, were exactly the same as for the sky….
