Photo Caption: Since this is #throwbackthursday, I thought i would share a new image I took back in April or May.. I took off to Joshua Tree on a whim to meet up with my buddy @dreadhead_derek and on the way I ended up with a flat. In my head, the gas station was just up the road so tried to drive on flat and ended up bending my rim lol… So Derek had to stop at Walmart to get me a car jack as my jack was too tall to get under my car (wrong jack in it when I bought it.) Got the spare tire on finally and then it went flat on the way to the gas station. I put air in it and it held so we continued into J tree.. It was way later than I wanted to shoot, and the sky was filled with clouds so I wasn’t sure if the trip was futile.. We set up and I shot my foreground with no lighting, then left my camera and then went to sleep for an hr or two hoping the clouds would clear up.. I woke up and was able to shoot the sky with almost no clouds but TONS of light pollution.. Thank you to Derek for saving me that night!!!
