Photo Caption: Like I said, I didn’t give up shooting the Milky Way yet (I even tried last night even though core is gone for the year) and this photo was taken on last Wednesday night overlooking Lake Powell.. I was bummed that I didn’t have a great MW comp although I did have a winter MW comp as seen in the previous image I posted… I know that @the_gingers_adventures freaked out when he saw where I was perched taking this photo… I was as far out as I possibly could be on a 500 ft cliff over Lake Powell in the dark..I was hoping to get Blue Hour MW but she was rising where the sun was setting so I had to wait a bit later than I like to… This is about 20 shots for the foreground taken during Blue Hour and 20 for the sky taken after then stacked in SLS for NR…
