Photo Caption: Although we’re on night 4 of #TheGreatMilkyWayChase, this image is from Night 2… @KRL_Photo and I had the most amazing sky full of clouds for this mind blowing sunset, and then we sat and prayed and waited… Well, the skies never really cleared up and it was super cold out there, and soon after the milky way, the moon rose… On top of all of that, my camera fell about 35 to the ground below because I was careless but luckily the camera survived with very little damage. (You may have seen something in stories about it lol)

In spite of all the trials that we went through, we still came out of the night with some incredible shots!! I can’t explain how many times I have turned back from possible shots because of weather reports but this contest, this challenge and my team mate on the adventure has me motivated to get our there and shoot, no matter the situation. I hope this is also motivating you too!!!
