Photo Caption: Friday night had me and @missjessbess in Bryce Canyon at Milky Way Point… with the moon in this phase you have to strategically plan your foreground lighting… so we decided to shoot sunset, then moonlit foregrounds, followed by milkyway after the moon went down. Then Milky Way w/ Lumecube.com/160.html (use code TRACYLEE for free US shipping) lit foregrounds.. Followed by Milky Way and then blue hour foregrounds and then sunrise… this was the most efficient use of all hours of the night to get the most compositions except the one thing that threw a wrench in the works… the CLOUDS!!

We got all our foregrounds at all the designated times but were stuck waiting in between for clouds to clear out.. but that meant we ended up with a BANGER sunrise!! All in all, we got 3-4 MW comps, an ok sunset and a killer sunrise.. and NO sleep.. that’s what we Chasers do though, right?? I don’t mind a little clouds because of bloated stars!!
