We were on a long journey and this was the last composition of our trip. The plateau here is deceptive; I never checked if the Milky Way would line up, only knew I NEEDED photos of these flowers under a blanket of stars. I was dumbfounded to find this perfect alignment.
I visited here exactly 3 years later (a few weeks ago), and the flowers are nowhere to be seen; the cracks destroyed by off roaders. I am not sure I will ever see this beauty again.
