Better late than never, right? Got my leg workout in and now doing cardio!
Got back to town at midnight and headed straight out. Iwas pretty hungry so for my 3rd meal of the day, I ate at mr lucky’s. Salad with honey mustard on the side, veggie burger with some of the honey mustard.. They brought me the fries too and although I shouldn’t have eaten them, I did… I only ate half the burgetrand half the salad…
Been cheating on my diet everyday this week with this, yest I’m still losing weight! Well turns out wearing my flats to the club so I can dance is working out in my favor and I’m getting a fantastic workout in!!
But I was at the store and it looked good so I grabbed one! Its (or was) an acorn squash..
I cut it in half, scooped out the seeds and placed it face down in a microwave safe dish. Then I added a little water to the dish and wrapped in saran wrap. Microwaved for 10 minutes and then scooped out the pulp into a bowl. I added 1/4 cup of sugar free, butter flavored syrup to it. It makes about 2 cups, which is 200 calories total. You can probably eat half that amount as a serving and side for a meal. Or eat it all (1/2 a squash) as a meal. Delish!
